2018 International Pizza Expo

Peerless Food Equipment will be exhibiting their Pioneer mixer with Hobart who are both part of ITWFEG.  They recently introduced a new smaller line of horizontal mixers, named Pioneer, to address the needs of customers to mix between 110 and 280 quarts or 200 to 500 pounds of pizza dough.  The triple roller bar agitator assures efficient mixing.
