The BETTER Board is a padded support platform for spine immobilization by Rx1186 LLC. The board has antimicrobial properties, internal channels receive and hold disposable restraining straps. The straps are pre-loaded and when deployed reduce the packaging time. The BETTER Board uses a disposable "Comfort Pad” that helps to reduce the patient’s chance of developing pressure sores and can provide cooling.
