Since 2001, Mudd Law has advised clients at the forefront of emerging technologies. Over the last few years, it expanded into the space sector representing clients on diverse export control, licensing, and regulatory matters. It also provides general business and IP representation. Its principal, Charles Lee Mudd Jr., regularly speaks on space law and participates in local and international space policy development. Recently, he spoke at the UN space law and policy conference in Turkey. This year, Mudd Law launched a space scholarship for students to attend UNOOSA conferences.
