Models can be shared with the customer and integrated into machine drawings. We use advanced software to model magnetic fields and low pressure gas flow dynamics.
PMI is a global supplier and manufacturer of sputtering targets, evaporation materials, backing plates, backing tubes, and bonding services for the thin-film deposition industry. We develop planar and rotatable sputtering targets using materials such as AZO, ITO, CuIn, Cr, Mo, Ti, and Si, among others.
Gencoa provide sputter-based solutions for the vacuum thin film deposition industry. Gencoa's manufactured components provide enabling technology for many state of the art thin film coating processes. Gencoa have repeatedly provided better solutions for customers in most PVD areas.
