- UHP Fittings: High quality electro-polished UHP fittings designed for use in high-purity gas pipelines and supply equipment of the semiconductor industry.
- UHP (Diaphragm, Bellows, Check) Valves: All BMT UHP Valves are assembled & tested in a clean room (class 10/100/1000). They are surface finished beyond the industrial requirements of Ra ≤ 5ìin (0.13 ìm). Our UHP Diaphragm Valves economically control gas flows in gas sampling and analysis systems with high-cycle-life and high-performance.
- UHP Regulators: BMT UHP Regulators provide high corrosion resistance and high cycle life using nickel-cobalt alloy diaphragm. Metal to metal Diaphragm seal assures high leak integrity.
