GreenWaves Technologies is a fabless semiconductor start-up. It develops GAP8, the first IoT processor of the industry, which has a figure of merit for computing power on power consumption of an order of magnitude greater than the state of the art. GAP8 allows image classification, sound identification or other signal analysis battery operated applications at a very low cost, which is inconceivable with processors currently on the market. GAP8 also allows the implementation of software radios for the Internet of Things (LTE M-Cat, NB-IoT, 802.15.4g, 802.11ah, etc...).
