Antaios offers disruptive memory technology combining very high speed and non volatility, e.g. the capability to preserve data when power is turned off. Antaois memories rely on the newly discoverd Spin-Orbit Torque (SOT) phenomenon, whereupon the magnetization of a bit cell is switched by an in-plane, underlying, non traversing current.



Antaios' SOT technology MRAM will be king for applications where where speed and endurance are key, such as cache memories in high end Micro Processor Units (MPU), from processor cores in PC and servers, to advanced System-On-Chip (SoC) in mobile applications (tablets, cell phones, ...), allowing to store (and retrieve) data on the fly for improved system efficiency and reliability.



Antaios will not sell branded memories, rather licensing its technology to foundries and Integrated Devices Manufacturers (IDM), from core technology (bit cell) to IP blocks.



With the key cornerstone technology patents in hand, a team of worldwide experts, an experienced management and a large market with no other solutions in sight, Antaios can become a key playerin the field in a 5 years timeframe, providing it investor with excellent exit opportunities.
