The Faeth Group consolidates the businesses of the companies Faeth, HighQ-Factory and IQ Inspection & Qualification. Together they develop, manufacture, install and qualify customer-specific gas and chemical delivery systems for customers in the semiconductor, photovoltaic and LED industrie. The range of services is supplemented by turn-key fab projects. In addition – as a pioneer in this market FAETH has developed an innovative CMP slurry recycling tool supporting CMP users to recycle up to 85% of the slurry and water, saving huge costs in their CPM process.
