The Cast Iron Soil Pipe Institute is a not for profit trade association. The Institute's members manufacture cast iron soil pipes and fitings. The Institute maintains two product standards used for the manufacure of hubless cast iron soil pipes and fittings, CISPI 301 and hubless couplings, CISPI 310 used to join these products. Founded in 1949, the Institute is active in codes and standards development and provides product information to design professionals and regulators.
