Masey & Leigh Limited, Surveyors of Spirited Syrups, gives new life to foods by aging them in recycled spirit barrels. Maple syrup, simple syrup, sriracha, and balsamic vinegar develop deep character in rum, whiskey, bourbon, gin, and brandy barrels, where they transform from ordinary condiments to culinary delights.  




  • Maple syrup aged in a liquor barrel isn't just for pancakes--it's magnificent on salmon, vegetables, and ice cream.

  • Simple syrup aged all year in a gin barrel gives cocktails new personality.

  • Balsamic vinegar so thick it sticks to a spoon makes an ordinary salad a celebration. 

  • Sriracha in whiskey barrels? Just come on by and try it for yourself when you need a little kick at the show.

  • We also also a line of flavored barrel-aged syrups, including chai, coffee, bacon, pumpkin spice, vanilla, chocolate, cardamom, and habaner



Bottles comes in four glass sizes: 2 ounce samplers, 100 ml and 200 ml flasks, and 375 ml Boston rounds. Our labels or private labeling available. 



All flavors are vegetarian and the run aged maple syrup is gluten free.
