Alle-Pia is a family owned business created in 2011 by Antonio Varia, chef and owner of Buona Tavola restaurants along the central coast. Alle-Pia was created in 2011 to help supply Buona Tavola with quality products that Chef Varia couldn’t find nearby and now we have expanded to wholesale towards restaurants, wineries, deli, and distributors all over the United States. The love and care at Alle-Pia is thanks to Chef Varia and his nephew, Alex Pellini, who has been instrumental in the creation and supervision of the salami products.
At Alle-Pia, we manufacture 7 different salami, 6 different sausages, and 5 different specialty products; all these products comes in various sizes. Each small batch of our Alle-Pia products is created with love, using fresh, never frozen meats. We hand craft our delicious salami, sausages, and traditional Italian specialties using the freshest meats, finest spices, and kindest hands.
