Since 1940 we have producing, elaborating and transforming anchovies, either in salt or in oil and vinegar fillets. We accurately select the raw material, and following the heritage of tradition and knowledge we obtain what most people consider one of the best anchovies in the world. As raw material, we exclusively use the European anchovy (engraulis encrasicolus) coming from EU harbours, 90% Spanish ones, fished by Spanish ships.
