Valderrama family started harvesting olive trees in 1853, but it was in 2003 when they decided to start a new way of production, combining the tradition of the family and the innovation in their processes.
Valderrama is specialized in the production of very mild single-variety extra virgin olive oils, obtained from four different olive tree varieties Arbequina, Hojiblanca, Picudo, and Ocal. One of Valderrama´s most outstanding characteristics is the fact that they are always in constant evolution and innovation. Aceites Valderrama uses the most advanced technologies –mostly in the areas of production and spectrogram analysis– to achieve and ensure very healthy, aromatic and smooth extra virgin olive oils that are perfectly suited for each type of food.
Valderrama has the IFS and BRC certificates, together with the proper FDA registration
