Brodys 579 is a certified gluten-free baking comany located in Minnesota. This woman owned company was developed to help Brody and others with Celiac and gluten sensitivity be included in celebrations and meals. Eating is a social activity and we all want to feel we are a part of an event, whether it is a birthday party at school or a treat at the office. With Brodys 579 everyone can be a part of the gathering. Mixes are easy to make, and require adding only wholesome ingredients -eggs, oil and applesauce, pumpkin or bananas. Considering that allergies are sometimes associated, most of the mixes are dairy and soy free and there are no nuts or corn in our mixes.
