Our Alaska Smoked Sockeye Salmon is tender, alder-wood smoked salmon wedges from the glacial waters of Alaska, infused with fireweed honey and sea salt. The fish in each jar has been carefully prepared and hand-packed using the same tradition that has been passed down from generation to generation. The luxuriously tender, protein-rich smoked Alaska Salmon Bites are sustainably caught in the glacial waters of Alaska. Our Coho Salmon is filleted, brined and infused with special Alaska flavors such as fireweed honey and spruce tips. Smoked over Alder wood, these bites are moist, flavorful, and packed with nutrition. The perfect snack any time of day.
