Firefighter/PM Blake McCorkle developed the LIVE Simulator platform because he wanted a product HE would WANT to use, that would actually help him gain experience, not some checkbox simulator for mandated training. Powered by the Unreal 4 engine, he created modules designed to train users on "chaos thinking" (critical thinking with a time limit).
