In recent years, we have seen a shift in the use of our machines away from the manufacturing of ice used for sculptures, and toward the production of ‘Craft Ice’. This has been acknowledged and used throughout the bar industry with the Clinebell name attached to it. This has been talked about in publications such as The Chicago Tribune, The Chattanooga Pulse, Esquire, and even with NPR.
In order to meet this shift in the ice industry towards craft ice, we created a smaller machine - the CI-4. This machine was designed with the bar in mind, creating a crystal-clear product in a manageable size. The creative possibilities are endless with this machine!
