Angelo & Franco The Mozzarella Guys grew up in  Bagnoli Irpino, in the south of Italy. Angelo Tartaglia and Francesco Russo decided to cross the Atlantic Ocean and share the experience. Following the original centenary recipe from Bagnoli Irpino and natural products, Angelo & Franco The Mozzarella Guys have improved and further developed the receipt that has followed for three generations in Franco's family.



Angelo & Franco established in the glittery light of Los Angeles, California. They localize production directly in the US in order to guarantee  freshness, demonstrates their commitment to produce to the highest standards. Furthermore, all machinery was manufactured in Italy following the most advanced technology but custom-made to fit US regulation.



Their cheeses are produced following the centenary original Bagnoli Irpino recipe.The products used are 100% natural and originate from US soil to guarantee maximum freshness and quality. 



For Angelo & Franco, quality is more than an objective, it is the way of Life!



Their products: Mozzarella ( classic ball, ovoline, boccocini, ciliegine, ciliegine marinated,ciliegine with cream) Ricotta,Burrata, Burricotta,Scamorza, Scamorza with truffle. 



Angelo&Franco are not done “Sharing the Experience". They have more exciting news, they will introduce an Organic Mozzarella line with the same taste, you know and love. There is still more exciting news, soon they will launch Mozzarella di Bufala. The Bufala Milk has been brought from the D.O.P area in Italy.
