The International Operations Division, Acquisition Operations Directorate, provides oversight of the Foreign Comparative Testing (FCT) Program; Coalition Warfare Program (CWP); and the Rapid Innovation Fund (RIF) Program.
These programs provide R&D funding to test and evaluate mature (Technical Readiness Level 5 to 9) foreign and domestic technologies that may meet Special Operations Forces (SOF) current and future operational requirements.
Project nominations are a result of Program Management, vendor and SOF user collaboration and initiative.
