The Brazilian Food and Beverage Exporters and Importers Association (A.B.B.A.) was created in 2002 with the mission of defending the interests of small- and medium-sized Brazilian food and beverage companies. One of its main characteristics is to expand and encourage international trade of their products.
With this goal in mind, The Brazilian Food and Beverage Exporters and Importers Association (A.B.B.A.) initiated in 2006, the Brazilian Flavors Project, with the objective of opening up new export markets and in promoting Brazil's image as a world-class manufacturer and exporter of a wide variety of foods and beverages. A.B.B.A. along with its flagship project receive support from the Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency (Apex-Brasil).
