Husband and wife team, Nick and Elyse Oleksak who can be recognized as featured entrepreneurs from ABC’s Shark Tank, are the owners & founders of Bantam Bagels. “Our goal with Bantam Bagels was to take something that is iconic, delicious, and indulgent, and present it in a new and exciting way,” said Nick. “Everyone knows New Yorkers love their bagels and that is a large part of why we decided to start our business here.” The New York bagel, held in the utmost regard by New Yorker’s and American’s alike as the most authentic, most reliably delicious representation of NYC, is almost a tourist destination in its own right. Bantam Bagels’ version is so delicious, so exciting that even New Yorkers couldn't refuse embracing this delightfully stuffed new version of their classic favorite. Nick and Elyse knew it would be no small task changing the way New Yorker’s consumed their beloved bagel, but they knew if they could make it here, they could make it anywhere ;).
