The National Domestic Preparedness Consortium (NDPC) is a partnership of several nationally recognized organizations whose membership is based on the urgent need to address the counter-terrorism preparedness needs of the nation’s emergency first responders within the context of all hazards including chemical, biological, radiological, and explosive WMD hazards. Members include: Center for Domestic Preparedness (CDP), The Energetic Materials Research and Testing Center (EMRTC), a division of the New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology (New Mexico Tech), The National Center for BioMedical Research and Training (NCBRT) at Louisiana State University (LSU), The National Emergency Response and Rescue Training Center (NERRTC) at Texas A&M University, Counter Terrorism Operations Support (CTOS)/The Nevada Test Site (NTS), Transportation Technology Center, Inc.(TTCI), and The National Disaster Preparedness Training Center (NDPTC) at the University of Hawaii-Manoa.
