AB Vilkyškių Pieninė is a modern award winning dairy manufacturer which specialises in selling over 30 different types of cheese, 10 of which are classed as gourmet products. AB Vilkyškių Pieninė was founded in 1993 and currently holds an 18% share of the cheese market and a 12% share of fresh dairy products market in Lithuania. Over the last 10 years it has expanded and AB Vilkyškių Pieninė now also owns subsidiary creameries AB Modest and AB Kelmės Pieninė. The fresh cheese products that are manufactured in AB Modest include favourites such as Memel Blue, Mozzarella and Ricotta. AB Kelmės Pieninė on the other hand specialises in fresh dairy products including milk, kefir, butter, curd, sour cream,and mascarpone.
