3D Line Confocal Sensors for challenging applications.
Our patented Line Confocal Imaging (LCI) sensors enable scanning of 3D features and surfaces at sub-micron resolution. LCI allows for in-situ and off-line imaging of parts, surfaces and assemblies that are difficult or impossible to measure with traditional technologies, such as laser triangulation or confocal point sensors. LCI is a long-awaited metrology solution for highly reflective, transparent, curved and sloping materials and surfaces. A new confocal thickness sensor is available too.
