3 Arrows Coffee is an independent, family-owned roastery focused on intentional sourcing, long-term farmer relationships, and clean, consistent roasting. We work directly with producers in Honduras, Colombia, and Costa Rica, building partnerships that support sustainable pricing, quality improvement, and stability at origin.
Founded in 2018, we’ve grown from a small Wisconsin café into a multi-state roasting operation serving cafés, wholesale partners, and private-label clients nationwide. Our sourcing is transparent and relationship-driven, with an emphasis on buying as directly as possible and supporting the farmers who trust us with their harvests.
We roast every coffee to showcase its natural character—balanced, clean, and approachable. No added flavors, no shortcuts, no gimmicks. Just thoughtfully sourced coffees, roasted with care.
