Our mixes are certified gluten free and kosher and are free of gluten,wheat, dairy,casein, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, eggs and sesame. Sixteen of the products are corn free. 1-2-3 Gluten Free has six products fortified with B vitamins,Calcium and Iron and six products sugar free, enabeling the consumer to add their own sweetener. Our two poundcakes, chocolate and lemon now come with sugar added and also sugar free.
