Carbinite Metal Coatings provides grip solutions for the unique challenges in the steel industry. A textured coating allows for better control of strip tension, eliminating slip and coil dumps. Pulling tension earlier on mandrels and reels reduces processing time and improves mill output. Carbinite also provides non-slip safety coatings for metal flooring, metal stair edges, and forklift forks.
Carbinite is metallurgically bonded to the base metal and is guaranteed to not crack, chip, or peel. Coating can be reapplied without additional build-up. On-site service is available to minimize downtime.
