BSE supplies proven technology for EAFs, at its steel making facility BSW: we develop and run high end products for the industry since 1983. We operate and offer the first tiltable VLB (Virtual Lance Burner) system in the world. This unique system already achieves top results in regards of performance and maintenance. Additionally to this new oxygen technology BSE has installed a Robot (MultiROB) at its EAF with versatile functionality, complying with the highest safety standards. The MultiROB is not only capable of taking temps and samples, including changing the cartridge by itself, but also is changing the tools in order to scan the inside of the EAF with a thermal camera.
We also offer modernization of EAF and secondary metallurgy, environmental technology and engineering services. One of our key components are our arms, which are not only available in Aluminum, but also in a patented copper-steel design- As one of the leading consultants for high-productivity and low-cost steel mills we are able to support you.
