Circa Enterprises Inc. is manufacturer and supplier of telecommunications and electrical products and is headquartered in Calgary, Alberta. Circa is a publicly traded company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange under the trading symbol CTO. Circa’s operations consist of two business lines:
Telecommunications (“Telecom”) – based in Calgary, the Telecom lines consist of surge protection products, computer cables and related connectivity products sold under the CircaMax brand. In addition, the segment includes Guardian Telecom, a manufacturer and supplier of ruggedized high performance telecommunications equipment.
Metal fabrication (“Metals”) – the Metals segment is based in Vaughan, Ontario and consists of enclosures, pole line hardware and other products sold to the Canadian electrical industry under the Hydel brand. The operating division also makes a variety of custom metal products for a variety of industries.
