We have been manufacturing steel mill rolls with protective coatings for more than 12 years. Rolls manufactured by us have tungsten carbide, ceramic or nickel based coatings. Our rolls find application in Cold Rolling Mill, Hot Strip Mill, Wire Rod Mill and Tube Mill.
Run Out Table Rolls (ROT), Looper Rolls, Bridle Rolls, Deflector Rolls, Sink Rolls, Pinch Rolls, Stabilizer Rolls are produced in our plant.
Weargrip and
Longlife Rolls produced in ATS plant are used by all major steel plants in India and several multinational OEMs based in India. We have state of art production unit with Robotic facility and HVOF coating system to produce rolls having extended service life, ensuring enhanced product quality and improved output.
