CASIO SHOWCASES ANDROID POS TECHNOLOGY
Casio’s booth will have Casio's Android POS terminals, the V-R200 and the V-R7000 on display. Both terminals will be running Casio CHAPP application designed for quick service and table service operations.
The V-R200 is an all-in-one 10.4” touch terminal with a built-in thermal printer, a built-in pop up 2 X 20 customer display and several serial ports for peripheral connectivity. The V-R7000 boasts a 15.6” wide screen with mounted pedestal, VESA mounting specifications for kiosk stands and wall mounts, multiple communication ports for peripheral connectivity and SD Card slots for program and sales backup. Both terminals offer sleek design, reliability (no hard drive, no cooling fan and running off Flash ROM technology), flexibility and security (Android provides a secure software platform).
Also on the display will be Casio’s Android tablet application for order at the table and pay-at-table application using the PAX A920 mobile payment terminal.
