Founded in 2014 by past SCTE Chairman Tom Gorman, and cable veteran Neil Sullivan, opXL Learning Systems provides advanced online learning solutions to the broadband industry. That same year, Jim Bertelsen, an expert in instructional design, was brought on as Chief Learning Officer. Jim has developed online programs for Charter and Comcast and today creates 3D network simulations that support many of the SCTE's most popular training programs.
opXL also creates training for vendors and manufacturers that support Xpert World, the online platform built for the members of SCTE/ISBE. Utilizing opXL's creative skills, vendors have a unique opportunity to provide their clients with just-in-time training on the proper use of their equipment.
