We are a wholesale sportswear company founded by Ed Bernard in 1973. Our company is headquartered near Kalamazoo, Michigan. In the beginning we were a small retail jeans store near the Western Michigan University campus. We specialize in Branded Off-Price men's & women's apparel, but we also manufacture and wearhouse private label denim programs. We have a state-of-the art 160,000 sq. ft. warehouse/ showroom/ office complex located in Schoolcraft, Michigan. We also have a full-line showroom in New York City at 350 West 34th Street, Room 25 B1.
