Direct Mop Sales, Inc. was started by Mike Julo Sr. in 2007, after nearly 30 years working in the mop manufacturing industry as VP of Manufacturing for one of the Prominent US based mop manufacturers. In the late 1990’s mop manufacturing companies no longer had easy access to raw yarn fibers and were forced into offshore outsourcing. Mike Sr. was tasked with finding partners offshore to produce high quality mops made to US standards. It was during this process in the early 2000’s that Direct Mop Sales, Inc. was really born.
