BRAMISS (Brazilian Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery Society) is an independent Society who has 400 (four hundred) members, manages an International Fellowship Program, and works together with other medical entities in order to facilitate and standardize the MIS procedures along the private and public health care systems.
The Society organizes a bi-annual Congress: COMINCO, which frequently reaches a high rate of participants.
The VI COMINCO will be held on 2018 in Brazil.

In addition, the Society organizes an important Symposium, the SIMINCO, which has a recognized live display format.
