We do many things that are not always apparent. For example, we start with a philosophy that the sales persons can only sell you the first machine—engineering and production have to sell the second one. This means that each machine must be built properly, do what we say it will do, be easy to install, be easy to maintain, safe to operate and maintain, aesthetically pleasing, and fit within the budget of our end users. We achieve this in a couple of ways. First, we work directly with the end user to provide a solution that is engieneered specifically for their process. Second, we controle the quality of our products by manufacturing nearly 100% of our products and components in-house.
