Boulart is a North American industrial artisan bakery, with a wide range of premium bread products. Boulart prides itself on a transparent approach to bread production, using no preservatives, additives, or added sugar in our bread. We believe it takes more than flour, water, yeast and salt to make a truly classic loaf – it takes time. Boulart’s unique long fermentation process lends itself to subtle flavours and aromas, while improving product resilience. The loaves are fully baked at our state-of-the-art, 125,000 sq. ft. production facilities before they undergo a specialized blast-freezing process to ensure a long shelf life without compromising quality.
