Amay's Bakery & Noodle Co., Inc. was founded by Mr. Kee Hem Hom in 1965 with the belief of sharing traditional Chinese food items in America. Mr. Hom believed in making quality traditional products using only the finest ingredients.
We specialize in making quality Fortune Cookies; Almond Cookies; Fresh Noodles; Fresh Wonton, Egg Roll, Suey Gow/Potsticker, and Spring Roll Wrappers; Crispy Noodles; and Crispy Wonton Chips. We also specialize in making custom Messaged Fortune Cookies, Giant and Medium sized Fortune Cookies, and Chocolate Fortune Cookies.
