We are a small craft spirits distillery in the heart of the Texas Hill Country just NW of San Antonio. No corn or grain are used in our spirits. We harvest local prickly pear cactus pads to ferment and distill to make a fresh, clean spirit that is somewhere between a vodka and a tequila. We also use jalapeno peppers to make a spirit that has just a touch of spice to it and makes an incredible Bloody Mary. Everything is made from Texas ingredients, even our Texas Revenge Gin. But we didn't stop there. We have a barrel aged and liqueurs so there is something for everyone. Come visit our tasting room and take a tour of our distillery where we make every product beginning to end. We have a relaxing patio area and comfortable tasting room where we serve unique cocktails made from our spirits. We are open Thursday and Friday 2pm to 8pm and Saturday and Sunday noon to 8pm. There is typically live music in "The Backyard" area on Friday and Saturday evenings starting around 4pm in the summer.
