SPIR STAR® has more than 25 years combined experience in the design, research, and manufacture of High Pressure Thermoplastic hoses for offshore umbilicals, chemical injection, hydraulic workover and B.O.P. controls.
Made of PVDF, the HT Series and PPA Series Hose are suited for applications dealing with aggressive chemicals and where a low permeation rate is needed. O&G applications include Chemical Injection, Gaseous Media Handling, Methanol Injection, and Nitrogen Service.
Made of Nylon 11 and Nylon 12, the M Series and W Series Hose are made of materials that have been used in the Offshore industry for years. O&G applications include Hydraulic Control, Nitrogen Service, and Sub Sea Well Control.
SPIR STAR® offers a wide range of valves, fittings and adapters made of various materials and a diversity of connections in both metric and standard sizes. A complete line of stainless steel tubing in sizes up to one inch outer diameter and up to 60,000 psi working pressure is available, as well as custom lengths and bulk tubing.
