Care Experience exists because clinical communication is broken, the voice of the patient is not incorporated into care, and patients are being lost in a fractured system.





The way healthcare providers get paid has changed. To drive better quality, providers are being asked to assume risk for the outcomes of their patients. Through capturing the voice-of-the-patient, care providers are able to identify issues early on and take action in order to provide better care from not only a satisfaction standpoint but also address issues such as sociological barriers to care and negative patient reported outcomes.





Our solution, CRMD (a customer relationship management software for healthcare), is an AI-based SaaS platform that leverages the voice-of-the-patient to identify patient revenue-at-risk for hospitals, ambulatory clinics and physician practices. It is a multi-channel patient engagement and issue resolution platform leveraging the power of natural language processing to uncover recurring themes.
