Epicrop is developing a revolutionary new plant breeding platform to create non-GMO, heterosis-like yield, vigor and stress tolerance increases in commercial crops. Our platform is the first viable system to productively manipulate plant gene expression without changing gene sequence, and represents a huge opportunity to create a step change in crop yields. We have succesfully demonstrated large (20%+) yield improvements in a wide range of commercially important crops by epigenetically improving crop performance. One of our model species is tomato, which we're interested in moving to market with interested partners.
