The measurement technology helps to reduce waste and energy use significantly in the production process and assure the high level of product quality desired. In every step of the manufacturing process the systems provide reliable and accurate results within a second. The measurement technology detects moisture at the surface and core of pellets, granules, powders, and flakes, and the accuracy is not influenced by the density, amount, size, color or temperature of the product. Standard and ATEX compliant instruments are available and sensors can be installed on conveyors, oscillating conveyors, chutes, hoppers and fluid bed spray dryers.
