BRAMISS (Brazilian Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery Society) is an independent Society who has 350 (three hundred and fifty) members, manages an International Fellowship Program, and works together with other medical entities in order to facilitate and standardize the MIS procedures along the private and public health care systems.
The Society organizes a bi-annual Congress: COMINCO, which frequently reaches a high rate of participants.
The V COMINCO will be held on 28-30, August - 2016, at WTC, in Sao Paulo City, Brazil.

In addition, the Society organizes an important Symposium annually, the SIMINCO, which has a recognized live display format.
