Our Hazard Monitoring Network incorporates several unique features. Speed and temperature sensors with integral status LEDs have disconnectable (armored) leadwire. Intelligent junction boards with integral status LEDs scan discrete sensors. An interface scans the intrinsically safe network of IJBs and interfaces to a DCS or PLC via Ethernet IP, Profibus DP, DeviceNet, or Modbus RTU.
The IsoRTM scans up to 512 thermocouples or RTDs. An interface scans an intrinsically safe network of up to 40 RTMS (20,000+ sensors in less than 1 minute) and interfaces to a DCS or PLC (as above).
The Compu-Watt weigh system provides continuous weighing for bucket elevators.
