From tube size valves to engineered systems, our products have been installed in every National Laboratory, NASA facility, and throughout the Aerospace, Defense, Electronics, Industrial Gas and Semiconductor Industries.
PHPK’s engineering and fabrication services, combined with our complete line of cryogenic components, vacuum insulated piping, and cryopump technology provide our customers with unmatched capabilities. For large turnkey projects, including: space simulation chambers, cryostats, cold boxes, high vacuum chambers, helium refrigeration systems, densification systems, sub-coolers, and specialty piping systems.
PHPK Technologies owns and operates an ASME Section VIII Division 1 and 2 coded facility in Columbus, Ohio with all welding personnel and procedures ASME Section IX certified. This modern facility consists of 36,000 sq ft of office and manufacturing space with (2) 25 ton cranes in the 35’ high shop area. In addition, we have all the necessary equipment for pipe and steel manufacturing including numerous TIG and MIG welding machines, helium mass spectrometers, band saws, portable saws, cleaning troughs, grinders, fixtures, etc. Currently PHPK employs 46 full-time employees and Mid-Ohio Products, PHPK’s sister company, employs 48 full-time employees at its 30,000 sq ft modern machining facility 5 miles away in Hilliard, Ohio.
