- New line of products - Cluster Tool SAF that is a multifunctional cluster tool. This modular and highly flexible R&D cluster tool is intended for feasibility studies and general academic work in the field of thin film technologies as well as sample manufacturing aimed at product prototyping for market evaluation of out-of-box technologies. The tool cam be manufactured and used as single-chamber deposition system or can be expended up to 7 different independent process chambers: magnetron sputtering, thermal evaporation, sublimation etc.
- Deposition systems for astrooptics are large 3D objects coating systems used for coating of optical telescopes’ mirrors by reflection coatings of aluminum, silver and other metals, as well as, Silicon oxide layer for protection.
