  2. 40lb and 60lb handling and cutting of variable size portions

strategy. Our equipment is conceived keeping in mind the environmental
requirements necessary during the washing process of the cheese
industry, including the NSF-3A guidelines dealing with the international
norms that must be respected, even to surpass those that prevail in the
manufacturing of stainless steel. 

Cutting Cheese is easy but cutting cheese at high speed with a very precise weight is our specialty.
