Thurne High Performance Cheese Slicing Systems



Thurne CS1000 - blade speeds up to 1,500 revolutions / minute.  Slice multiple logs up to 49.2" L



Thickness: 0.3 to 30 mm.  Shingles / stacks up to 4" H



Optional interleaver features separate rotating anvil style cutting head, independent of slicing blade.  Cut 2" to 15 3/4" L.  1 or 2 lane interleaved sliced cheese, up to 700 sheets / lane / minute achievable.



Check weigher for fast, accurate weight information to the slicer.  Off weight drafts auto diverted.



Conveying systems include autoload / buffering to accommodate virtually any packaging die configuration.
