Surface Engineering Group specializes in manufacturing arc deposition systems using large and small sources, sputtering and arc/sputtering combination systems. In addition to manufacturing new equipment, SEG has rebuilt many old PVD units bring them back up to current standards.
In addition to manual systems SEG has developed a full automation option. This option use a PLC for control and a PC with HMI to write recipes and data log information.
Systems are capable of TiN, ZrN, AlTiN, CrN, TiAlCrNand TiCN coatings to list but a few.
